- Shipping costs
No Refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided by customer
- Links or URLs provided incorrectly
- Social media account changes, bans, or restrictions
- Incompatibility with third-party platforms
- Shipping delays once the order has shipped
Defective or Damaged ItemsIf your item arrives physically damaged or defective, you must:

- Provide clear photos or video proof
