Welcome to TapKonnect™ (“TapKonnect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our products and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Products & ServicesTapKonnect provides NFC-enabled products including, but not limited to:

• Tap cards
• Tap keychains
• Tap tags
• QR/NFC-enabled digital linking products

These products allow users to instantly share URLs such as websites, social media profiles, payment links, or other digital content.

2. Custom Orders & Configuration
Most TapKonnect™ products are custom-configured based on information provided by the customer, including:

• URLs
• Social media links
• Uploaded logos or images
• Custom designs or branding

Once an order enters processing or configuration, it cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
• Full payment is required at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
• Your bank statement may show the charge as Small Business Digital Toolkit, our parent company.

4. No Refund Policy
Due to the custom and digital nature of our products:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS.
This includes:

• Custom-configured NFC products
• Digital setup services
• Design services
• Shipping fees

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within the timeframe stated at checkout.
• Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• TapKonnect™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Once an order is shipped, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure all URLs, links, and content are correct
• Use TapKonnect™ products lawfully and ethically
• Not link to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content

TapKonnect™ is not responsible for how customers use their products or the content they link.

7. Third-Party Platforms
TapKonnect™ products may link to third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, PayPal, Cash App, websites, etc.).
We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for:

• Their privacy practices
• Service availability
• Content restrictions or bans

8. Intellectual Property
All TapKonnect™ branding, logos, designs, website content, and materials are the intellectual property of TapKonnect™ and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Customers retain rights to their own uploaded designs and content.

9. Limitation of Liability
TapKonnect™ shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Issues caused by third-party platforms or services

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
