All sales made on Tapkonnect™ are final.
Due to the nature of our products and services—including custom configuration, digital setup, and personalized items—we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect orders, or failure to use the product.
• Orders that include custom setup, personalized links, logo uploads, or configuration cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
• We are not responsible for compatibility issues related to customer devices, user error, or misuse of the product.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Digital services, setup fees, and configured products are non-refundable once delivered or activated.​

If you experience a defective product or an issue caused by our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis. Approved resolutions may include a replacement only--not a refund.

Free Standard ShippingWe are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

• Standard shipping is fulfilled via USPS
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after order processing
• Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.

Expedited & Rush Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

• Expedited or rush shipping costs are not included in free shipping
• Additional charges may apply for:
  • Faster delivery speeds
  • Rush order processing
  • Priority handling

All expedited and rush delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

• Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent
• TapKonnect™ is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, TapKonnect are it's payment processor is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. We will, however, assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
